What: GVR Annual Community Trunk or Treat 

Cost: $30 per car, decorate your care and the church will provide candy.

When: Saturday, 10.28.2023, 12pm-4pm

Where: GVR Beer Garden - 4995 Argonne St. 

Event Timeline: 

11AM - Cars load in. ALL CARS MUST BE LOADED IN BY 11:45AM. It is too dangerous to have cars loading in beyond that point. 

11AM - Inflatables Arrive (My SIL owns InFUNity Events and will be donating some inflatable bounce houses and other items)

11AM - DJ Arrives - For set up 

12PM - 4PM - DJ on Stage  

12PM - 3PM - Trunk or Treat 

12PM - 2PM - HAY RIDES - First come, first serve. @nancy - I think we both agreed finding a different route would be beneficial this year. Happy to do a walk through. 

12PM - 2PM - Face Painters (3) - In parking lot 

12PM - 2PM - Stilt Walker(s) - In parking lot 

12PM - 2PM - (2) balloon artists in parking lot 

2PM - 3PM - Fire Truck  (need to consider relocation) 

2PM - 4PM - Pumpkin Carving Inside the garden 

2PM - 4PM - Face Painters (2) & Balloon Artists (1) - Move inside garden 

4PM - Event Concludes
